Pepper

Meet Pepper, a 5 year-old female eclectus. Her owner, who acquired Pepper when she was only months old, has had some life changes that necessitate his rehoming her. She didn't take the changes well and started to pluck, but fosters are working on that with diet change and refeathering techniques. She is a very sweet bird, though a bit shy; we know she will come out of her shell in the right environment. Her adoption fee, pending vet check, will include a size-appropriate cage.
